Hall Hiring and Other Facilities
East West Community Centre building consists of a Large Dining Hall, Community Room/Computer Suite, Conference Room, large commercial kitchen which are all available for the use of the local community, general public and external agencies.
The Dining Hall can seat 80-90 people comfortably . It is ideal for birthday parties, meetings, conference, exhibitions, diners and other groups.
The Conference Room (along with a fitted kitchen area) can seat 30-35 people and Community Room can seat 20-25 people. This is ideally suited for small meetings, discussion groups, training classes or conferences.
It has a large wipe-able whiteboard.
Community Room/Computer Suite
Accommodate up to 15-20 people. The Room has four latest computers well connected to the WIFI. Also have coloured laser printer.
In addition we provide the following facilities:

- Exhibition Boards We can also provide in house catering for yours guests/clients from a wide selection of menus to suit all tastes and budgets.
Commercial Catering
We also do commercial catering where we can also cater for snacks, lunches and buffet dinners on a large scale for various occasions and to suit individual tastes and budgets. We can cater for up to 600 people. Meetings, conferences, social evenings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, mehndi parties, engagement and seasonal festival celebrations are just a few examples of where we can meet your needs.
In case of family bereavement we can give the necessary support by preparing special (funeral) meals or even can hire our hall if required.
