About Us

The East West Community Centre Limited is a registered Charity and was established since 1985 in the West End area of Leicester; to promote the benefits of the residents, without any distinction; by associating the Statutory authorities, Voluntary organisations and the residents of the area in a common effort to provide facilities, in the interests of social welfare for improving conditions of life for the residents.

East West Community Centre recognises that the involvement and development of its people are central to its efforts to provide multi-choice facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreational and leisure time occupation with the objects of improving conditions of life for the inhabitants, who are seeking help coupled with individual services.

The East West Community Centre was established to:

• Provide social welfare, recreational and leisure-time facilities
• Improving conditions of life
• Bringing elderly service users out of isolation- we promote a variety of social activities We offer a wide range of services on a regular basis :
• Luncheon Club (Vegetarian and Vegan)
• Day Care Services
• Meal Delivery Service for Elderly/ Housebound
• Hall Hiring and Commercial Catering for birthdays, functions and other special occasions
• Volunteer Training
• Women (Saheli) Group
• Yoga and Exercises Classes
• Executive Committee
